Sharon Disher, Math Coach

Sharon Disher

Mrs. Disher began her career as a first grade teacher in 2006 in Dorchester District 2. In 2015, she made the move to Charleston County and has been with the district since. She has taught first grade, second grade, math intervention, and is currently serving as the Math Coach at Laurel Hill Primary. 

Mrs. Disher has her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education from The College of Charleston and her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University. 

Mrs. Disher enjoys reading, cooking, boating and is an instructor at the Barre Code in her free time. She lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband, Thomas, chocolate lab, Captain, and new baby boy, Chip!
