Melanie Beaudin

Melanie Beaudin began her teaching career in 2006, serving as a second and third grade teacher and Instructional Coach for 11 years in Winchester, VA.  In 2018, she moved to Mt. Pleasant where she joined the Meeting Street Schools Network teaching and coaching in third and fourth grade until she joined the Laurel Hill family in 2021 teaching first grade.  She's is thrilled to be returning to the Instructional Coaching role this year as our Reading Coach.  

Melanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from James Madison University.  In her spare time she enjoys exercising, cooking, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family- especially outdoors!
